- After landing at Sangster International Airport, and once you've cleared Immigration and Customs, exit the terminal through the first door on the right near the information/taxi desk.
- Once outside, turn right and walk toward the Groovy Grouper Bar.
- Look for our representative standing behind the barricade, holding a sign with your name or Your Jamaican Tour Guide displayed.
- Once you’ve connected with our team member, you will be heading to your destination!
DEPARTURE:
- Pickup will be from your hotel lobby, scheduled two and a half hours before your departure flight.
- Your driver will be ready to meet you at the main lobby area—just check out and be prepared at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pickup time.

What to expect
Step 2 - Make sure to fill out your www.enterjamaica.com form for customs.
Step 3 - Arrival at the airport - Clear immigration and customs. Turn right upon exiting the door, then another right.
Step 4 - Look for your name on a sign and meet your driver.
