This project was started by a group of peasant families who have decided leave aside activities with a negative impact on the environment (like intensive agriculture and livestock) and work in tourism. These families saw that the place what has always been their home is a paradise of landscapes, biodiversity and cultural experiences. And now they want to show this paradise, and everything it offers, to the rest of the world. This trek is outside of others tourist treks saturated with visitors, wildlife full, ancient rainforests, impressive waterfalls, friendly people and stunning views of the mountains and the Caribbean Sea.
Of course, to get to the most beautiful places requires great effort, hiking along steep slopes, grass fields, forests and mountains. As such, it is necessary to be in a good physical and mental condition. You will be rewarded at the end of each day, when we will be welcomed, eat and sleep in the peasants houses where we will have a cultural exchange.

1Parque Nacional Natural Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
(En la Atracción aparece Minca, pero en éste día no pasaremos por este poblado, iremos por las montañas): Un Trekking de 9 Km por las montañas de la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, a partir de la elevación de 950 M hasta alcanzar un pico de 2.200 M, almorzaremos y pernoctaremos en la Finca La Lujana.

2Parque Nacional Natural Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta
(En la Atracción aparece Minca, pero en éste día no pasaremos por este poblado, iremos por las montañas): Cotidianidad e intercambio cultural con la familia campesina de finca La Lujana durante toda la mañana, luego un trekking de 3 Km bajando por pastisales en la montaña hasta un lugar a 1.600 M de altura donde pasaremos la noche (Finca: Palacio de las Nubes).

(En la Atracción aparece Minca, pero en éste día solo pasaremos por este poblado al final del día, de resto iremos por las montañas de la Sierra Nevada) Un Trekking de aproximadamente 15 km, la mayor parte de esta distancia es a través de las profundidades del bosque que cruza las colinas del famoso monte San Lorenzo (o Cerro Kennedy) hasta nuestro destino final, el pueblo de La Tagua (1.600 m de altura), desde donde tomaremos las motos de regreso a la ciudad.
