Meet your guide outside the Gift Shop in the parking lot. There is free parking here and public transit. Guide will have a Clipboard and smile. Due to heavy traffic in Banff during peak seasons/times all Banff Tours meet at the Cave and Basin Parking Lot and depart from there.
