In our opinion the best fishing village around. an old fishing village and away from the masses. Former stinky town because of many smokehouses.

5Broek in Waterland
In the 18th and 19th centuries, Broek in Waterland was considered a major international tourist attraction. Throughout Europe, the village was known as the "cleanest and wealthiest village in Holland."
