08.00: The car will take you to Ninh Kieu Wharf and then to Cai Rang Floating Market. You will board a boat to visit the floating market while enjoying breakfast and fresh fruits on the river. Visiting the floating market: Cai Rang Floating Market is the largest floating market in the Mekong Delta. Its creation, existence, and development until today stem from the practical needs of the local people's daily lives. When visiting, you will witness very common activities like buying, selling, loading goods, tossing fruits, and selling breakfast. 09.00: Enjoy sweet pineapple: At the floating market, you’ll have the chance to hop on a vendor’s boat to enjoy fresh, juicy pineapples (nicknamed the queen of fruits). The vendor will peel the pineapple on the spot for you to savor right there on the boat. After visiting the floating market, the next stop is the rice paper and noodle factory. Here, you’ll witness how the locals in the Mekong Delta make everyday staples like rice paper and noodles. You can even try your hand at one of the steps in the process that interests you and enjoy the unique "Rice Noodle Pizza" — a one-of-a-kind specialty of Can Tho.

10:00: Leaving the Floating Market, you depart for Con Son. 10:15 - 10:45 am: You arrive at Con Son (with an area of more than 70 hectares), the rustic and wild beauty of Con Son is compared to "a precious gem in the heart of the city".
