With this safari, you will get close to the unique wildlife of Uganda’s largest and oldest National Park on a private game drive, with a visit to the top of one of the world's most powerful waterfalls. You have an opportunity to stop over at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track the Rhinos, with a boat cruise on the Nile to the bottom of the falls.

Journey time: 6 – 7 Hours At your preferred pick-up point, meet your guide and travel to Murchison Falls N. Park with lunch En-route. Optional Activity; make a stopover at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to track the rare Rhinos before proceeding to the Murchison Falls. This activity is done on foot in company of a ranger guide. After your rhino trek, continue with the journey to the park. Arrive and check-in at the lodge to stay at leisure. Dinner included.
After an early breakfast at the lodge; transfer to the park and get registered for the day’s visit. Start with a game drive covering the delta circuit, reputably known for high concentrations of wildlife. This 4-5-hour game drive includes stunning views of the savannah and other plant vegetation especially the borassus palm trees dominating the park, as propagated by elephants from the D. R. Congo. What to expect: elephants, hippos, buffaloes, lions, several antelopes and patas monkeys + baboons with a variety of birds.
Continue to the top of Murchison Falls; known for great views and an iconic spot for scenic pictures. You will as well watch permanent rainbow; a rewarding view which explains why Murchison Falls features on many travellers’ bucket lists. Return from the waterfall and have a picnic lunch before proceeding for the launch cruise.
Next is a launch cruise to the bottom of the falls; a launch cruise on the Nile is an opportunity to see a variety of wildlife and great views along the iconic River Nile. In addition to taking you close to the base of the waterfall, this 3-hour launch trip follows a stretch of the Nile with a picturesque African scenery. What to expect; Nile crocodiles, Hippos in their hundreds, Small herds of buffalo, waterbuck, and Kobs as well as Elephants coming to water and cool off. The birds commonly sighted here include Goliath heron, saddle-billed stork, African Jacana, Pied and malachite kingfishers, African skimmer, Piacpiac, rock pratincole kingfishers, and bee-eaters. After this busy day in the park, transfer back to the lodge and stay at leisure. Dinner included.
Journey Time: 6 - 7 Hours Have breakfast on a leisurely morning at the lodge. Later on travel back to Kampala City. You will have lunch along the way and upon arrival, drop-off at your preferred point.
