What You’ll Prepare - Typical Menù
Tuscan welcome appetizer and extra virgin olive oil tasting
Fresh basil pesto with garlic and pecorino
Handmade pasta (ravioli and tagliatelle)
A classic dessert (Tiramisù or Panna Cotta)
Throughout the class, you’ll uncover the simple secrets that make Tuscan cuisine so beloved—highlighting the beauty of seasonality, simplicity, and genuine flavor.
After cooking, sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve prepared together, served iny our garden (weather permitting) or cozy farmhouse dining room. Your meal will be paired with three of your certified organic wines, carefully selected by your Sommelier.
