In the middle of the Zermatt forests, under the clear starry sky, the fire crackles. After a walk through the snow-covered forest, you will be welcomed by a local host with a warming drink and pampered with a cheese fondue over an open fire. Far away from the lights of Zermatt, the starry sky and the silence of the forest create a unique atmosphere. From the Furi mountain station, walk down the road past the Simi restaurant and then over the bridge. Directly after the bridge, turn right on the road. Follow the road past old wooden houses for about 300m. After the forest you will recognize the fire from the "Fondue under the stars".

This activity ends back at the meeting point.

What to expect

Guests first take the gondola lift up to Furi at 6:30 p.m. and walk 15 minutes to the fireplace on their own. After the fondue, the guests walk back to the village (about 50 minutes)
