During the class you will prepare 6 traditional Greek dishes, including classics such as tzatziki, stuffed vine leaves, handmade phyllo pie from scratch and more.

What to expect

Learn how to cook traditional Greek dishes in a relaxed, small-group cooking class in Athens.
During this hands-on experience, you will prepare 6 authentic Greek recipes together with your host, using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques. A highlight of the class is learning how to stretch and roll handmade phyllo pastry from scratch for a classic Greek pie.

You will cook 6 traditional dishes, which may include tzatziki, stuffed vine leaves (dolmadakia), Greek salad, a homemade pie with hand-rolled phyllo, a seasonal main dish such as moussaka, pastitsio, chicken with lemony potatoes or even gyros, and a traditional dessert such as baklava rolls.

After cooking, everyone sits down together to enjoy the meal you prepared, accompanied by Greek wine and good conversation.

The class takes place in a bright rooftop cooking studio in central Athens and is designed as a small-group experience (maximum 16 guests) so everyone can participate actively.
