This experience focuses on the most loved flavors of Greek street food and shows how authentic Greek cooking can be simple, fun and accessible. Instead of a long and complicated class, travelers learn to prepare a small selection of iconic dishes using fresh ingredients and traditional techniques.

One of the highlights of the class is learning how to work with handmade phyllo dough, a traditional skill that many visitors find both surprising and exciting. Guests cook in pairs, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere where everyone participates in the cooking process.

In a short time, participants prepare a full Greek street-food style meal — from savory dishes like gyros, tzatziki and cheese pies to a traditional saragli dessert made with crispy phyllo and syrup.
