    Nairobi to Maasai Mara

    Mara River

    Day 1: Nairobi to Maasai Mara. After breakfast Pick up from your Nairobi hotel around 7AM - 8.00am and depart Nairobi to Maasai Mara Game Reserve with a stop over at the great rift valley view point. You arrive masai mara late afternoon and proceed for a game drive, dinner and overnight stay at camp.

    FULL DAY MAASAI MARA

    Masai Mara National Reserve

    Breakfast at 6 am. Depart after breakfast. Spend the full day exploring Maasai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve under a croton shade tree as you scale the Mara beauty . This is the day that we will go having game drives all the way to the Mara river. There are lots of resident hippos and crocodiles sited at the banks of Mara river. Optional: In the evening, Visit the local Maasai village for a Maasai cultural tour at USD 20 per person. A balloon safari at USD 380 per person(optional) can be organized early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures

    Masai Mara to Nakuru

    Lake Naivasha

    You will enjoy breakfast. Thereafter, commence the drive to Nakuru. There is an optional stopover at Lake Naivasha, which is on the way to Nakuru. Upon arrival, you will spend the night at the Mat fam Resort or similar lounge and have dinner there.

    Lake Nakuru to Nairobi

    Lake Nakuru

    You will have an early breakfast and depart by 7am straight to the park. It's a small park with magnificent, rare white rhinos which form part of the Big five animals. There is also a possibility of seeing the pink flamingos . The game drive lasts 3 hours, after which you depart on a 3-hour drive back to Nairobi to arrive at around 3 pm. We will provide a simple complimentary snack lunch at a traveller's motel on the way. You will be dropped to your hotel or residency within Nairobi CBD.
