On this guided tour we will take our guests on an exploratory walk around Ojika's downtown. We will visit some shops in search of local produce and local specialties, go see bonito being smoked, visit an old letterpress studio as well as a fishing port. On our way, we will talk Ojika's history and see some curious sights hidden from a tourist's eye.

The goal of this tour is to familiarize our guests with the neighborhood they will be staying in so they can get the most out of their stay in Ojika.

    Entering the 100-year-old studio building will leave guests in awe. An old letterpress studio that is filled with thousands of old types is a rare sight to see. The studio is run by the 4th generation family business owner who is passionate about preserving island's culture and history. She will explain guests about the craft and introduce them to some of her work.
