What to expect

Guests staying at one of the kominka in Ojika Island can experience the local food culture in the comfort of their own home. Have a local 'okaasan' ('mother' in Japanese) come over to your kominka and help you prepare a delicious meal full of traditional dishes from Ojika Island. It's a great opportunity to broaden your culinary horizons as well as to befriend a local. The preparation time is around one hour and once the meal is ready you will be left to enjoy it in peace with your family and friends.
