If your hotel is not in the previous list please let us know in which hotel are you staying so a representative of our company can contact you to indicate the correct place and time of your pickup. Please indicate your hotel where you are staying in the special requirements box and also with your email. This service has only one schedule: - Cancun hotels between 5:00 am to 5:20 am. - Playa del Carmen between 6:00 am to 6:45 am. -Tulum (Pick up only at Super Aki) at 7:30 am. The schedules vary according to the hotel, our representative will indicate the exact schedule via mail or via text message.

2Cenote Azul
The first stop is at Cenote Azul. This cenote stands out for its unique beauty, it is open with beautiful shades of blue, surrounded by flora and fauna, it is also one of the largest cenotes in the region. You can swim in its refreshing waters. Afterwards, breakfast will be waiting for you with a dish of your choice.

3Lago Bacalar (Lake of the Seven Colors)
Marmol Beach Club is our next stop. Enjoy a refreshing swim in its crystal-clear waters of the 7 colors lagoon and feel in touch with the nature that surrounds you. You will have an hour of kayaking that will allow you to explore more of the lagoon. You will have a delicious lunch with one traditional dish of your choice and time to relax in the beach club.

4Bacalar
When you finish to explore the 7 colors lagoon you will have a tour guided by our expert. Our knowledgeable guide will explain important facts of the region and you will see from outside the San Felipe’s Fort.
