Meeting and pickup
Please provide your hotel name when booking. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed afterward. Wait in the lobby at least 10 minutes early; your driver will wear a white polo with blue or khaki pants and call your name. Drivers wait a maximum of five minutes.
Pickup is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. If your hotel is outside the pickup route, the closest meeting point will be assigned. Guests staying between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen must select the Mayan Riviera option.

Your adventure begins with pickup from your Cancun or Riviera Maya hotel and a ride to the Loma Bonita jungle along the Cenote Route. Meet the bilingual team, receive a safety briefing, and prepare for the first challenge. Climb onto your ATV for a 45-minute ride along rugged trails filled with dust, mud, turns, and tropical scenery. Ride solo or share a double ATV, depending on the option booked, while following your guide through the jungle. Next, leave the ground behind. Fly across seven ziplines, cross two hanging bridges, and take on the spider web challenge high among the treetops. Each element brings a new mix of speed, height, balance, and jungle views. After the adrenaline, trade the engine noise for the cool water and natural silence of a cavern cenote. Swim beneath remarkable rock formations in one of the Yucatán Peninsula’s most distinctive natural settings. Finish with a light snack and natural and flavored waters, and catch your breath before returning to your hotel.
