Meet at the Oceanix ticket office at Playa Tortugas, Blvd. Kukulcan, Cancun Hotel Zone. Please check in 30 minutes before your selected departure time (10:00 AM or 1:00 PM). Transportation is not included. The mandatory USD $20 per-person dock fee is payable at check-in.

Check in at Playa Tortugas, then set sail across the turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean toward Isla Mujeres. Dive into the clear waters of the Bay of Mujeres for a guided snorkeling experience among tropical fish and colorful reef formations. Mask, snorkel, fins, and life jacket are included, and the snorkeling location will be selected according to the day’s sea and weather conditions.

3Isla Mujeres
Arrive at the beach club for a buffet lunch, domestic open bar, and time to swim or relax beside the Caribbean Sea. Showers and lounge chairs are available, subject to availability. Then continue by boat to downtown Isla Mujeres for approximately 1.5 hours of independent exploration. Browse local shops, walk through the island’s colorful streets, visit the waterfront, or make your way toward Playa Norte. Board the catamaran for a lively return sail to Cancun with music, drinks, and Caribbean views. If conditions permit, stop at Blanquizal for a refreshing 10–15-minute swim before returning to Playa Tortugas. Total Experience Time: Approximately 7 Hours

- Swimming Ability: Guests who wish to snorkel must feel comfortable swimming in open water. A life jacket is mandatory.
- Health Restrictions: Snorkeling is not recommended for pregnant travelers or guests with heart conditions or limited mobility.
- Guests over 60 should be in excellent physical condition and confident swimmers to snorkel.
