In the past, everybody wanted to come to Pachacamac to visit and say "thank you" to the creator (Pachacamac) for receiving a good harvest, climate, water source, etc, and also to get answers to their questions. Pachacamac was also the place for high-level studies of astronomy, architecture, also a place for ancient rituals and human sacrifices as payments to Mother Earth; natives celebrated large festivities in honor of the gods. Come and immerse yourself in the ancient culture of Pachacamac!

Meeting and pickup
Hotel pick-up and drop-off service is included only when you are in the districts of: Miraflores, San Isidro or Barranco. Outside of these areas, we ask that you pay a small fee for the pick-up and drop-off service to your hotel.
Dear client, if you don't want pick up, you can meet us at our office located at Av. Jose Larco 724, Miraflores.

The adventure and exploration start once we pick you up from your accomodation because we will take you through different local roads, streets and avenues that shows the colors and vibrant atmosphere of our Lima city, you will see people, street vendors, feel "the hug" of this 12 million people city. Getting closer to Pachacamac we will drive to the longest International highway, which is "the Panamerican highway", the colorful shantytowns and local architecture will give a RIGHT idea about the real Lima... this will be a learning experience too.

1Museo de Sitio y Santuario Arqueologico de Pachacamac
Let's travel back in time and visit the most important sacred sanctuary in the central coast of southamerica. Admire its colossal size and be amazed with the panoramic view of their ancient pyramids, fresh breze of the pacific ocean and the green valley below. It takes about 1 hour to get to Pachacamac, it is an archaeological complex that is a pre-Columbian citadel with adobe and stone palaces, and pyramidal temples. It is located about 31 km southeast of the city center. We recommend a visit to Pachacamac first, as an introduction to the Inca culture before going to Cusco and Machu Picchu. You will better understand the Inca tradition!
