  Museo Convento San Francisco y Catacumbas

  After we finish our exploration of Unión Street, we will take you through Ucayali and Lampa streets to enjoy all the history of the city of Lima and learn about its people and life. We will continue with the visit of one of the most impressive attractions in the city of Lima, the Monastery of San Francisco and its fascinating internal CATACOMBS!   This convent is considered the oldest in South America which during the 17th century had the tallest tower in the whole continent, still these days works as convent and has an impressive facade and shiny inside front altar, you will be visiting this place from outside especially because we will take the car to come back to your accommodation (the Port of Callao or the airport) in here, if the church of this convent is open you can take a quick look inside.
