What to expect

Walking in an olive grove gives serenity, at any time of the day, in any season. We invite you to embrace the centuries-old olive trees and admire how the youngest ones grow. We will begin the experience by visiting the olive trees, following a path where we will learn about stories and people, the production process of our extra virgin olive oil will be explained, and we will bring your attention to the importance of healthy eating. We will travel through our land discovering areas with breathtaking views of the Piccole Dolomiti Lucane and the Gallipoli Cognato Park a protected natural area in Basilicata, admiring the groves of olive trees, and in the shadows of these precious olive trees your picnic will be prepared with locally produced meats and cheeses, and oil based bruschetta and a dessert prepared with our home made jams for a total immersion in nature.
