The Slow Food Philosophy: As we walk, we will reveal the secrets behind our sustainable production. You will discover what it means to practice organic and regenerative agriculture, and how our true dedication led us to achieve the prestigious Slow Food Presidium recognition. Guided Tasting (2 Organic EVOOs): Take a seat and prepare to awaken your senses. You will be guided through a technical and sensory tasting of two of our finest organic extra virgin olive oils. Learn to recognize their distinct flavor profiles and aromas while enjoying a perfect pairing with local crusty bread and artisanal breadsticks.
