Visit the world's most powerful water falls located in the North-western Uganda,spreading inland from the shores of lake Albert,around the Victoria Nile up to the Karuma Falls.
The park is bisected by the Victoria Nile,which plunges 45m over the Rift Valley wall,creating the dramatic Murchison Falls,the centerpiece of the park.The coscade drains into a broad,placid stream that flows quietly across the Rift Valley floor into lake Albert.This stretch of river provides one of Uganda's most remarkable wildlife spectacles.Regular visitors to the riverbanks elephants,giraffes and buffaloes;while hippos ,Nile crocodiles and aquatic birds are permanent residents.

You'll be picked up from your hotel in Entebbe and drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary [approx 3 hours]. Rhino tracking on foot guided by experienced Rangers (approx 2-3 hours). You'll have a lunch break. Afterward, you'll continue with your journey. The drive towards Murchison Falls National Park offers scenic views of the Ugandan countryside. You'll arrive at the park’s southern gate and proceed to the top of Murchison Falls. You will witness the magnificent Murchison Falls where the Nile River squeezes through a narrow gorge and plunges 43 meters. Take photos and enjoy the view. Afterward, you will drive to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.
You will set out for an early morning game drive when animals are most active. You'll explore the Buligi, Albert, Hakuba, and other tracks and spot predators such as lions and leopards. You'll return to the lodge for an early lunch before heading out for the afternoon boat cruise. You'll embark on an afternoon boat cruise to the base of Murchison Falls. Look out for hippos, crocodiles, and a variety of bird species along the riverbanks. You will return to your lodge for some relaxation.
You'll embark on a short morning game drive. This gives you the opportunity to see the wildlife you may have missed. You'll begin your journey back to Entebbe. You'll stop for lunch in Masindi town reflecting on the safari experience and maybe buy some souvenirs. You'll resume your drive to Entebbe, arriving in the early evening. Your driver-guide will drop you off at Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight or at a location of your choice.
