    Valley of the Kings

    At 7:00 PM, our licensed tour guide will pick you up from your hotel or Nile cruise in Aswan. You will then be transferred by private A/C vehicle to Luxor, which is located 280 km north of Aswan. You will arrive in Luxor at 10:00 AM and start your day tour by visiting the West Bank of the Nile. Here, you will explore the Valley of the Kings, which is known for its grand and impressive architecture that was used for burials. Many kings have been buried in this valley, including King Tutmosis I, Tutmosis III, Tut-Ankh-Amon, King Ramssess VI, King Mrenptah and Amonhotep II.

    Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari

    Afterwards, you will visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as El Dir El Bahari. The temple was constructed by Queen Hatshepsut, daughter of Thutmosis I, who reigned over ancient Egypt for about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (approximately 1490-1469 B.C). She is the only pharaonic woman to have ruled Egypt. Your tour will then continue to the Colossi of Memnon, which are the remains of the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, but beverages are not included in the tour.
