What to expect
A private transfer service from/to Padova city to/from Venice airport/port/city.
One suitcase and one hand luggage for each passenger included
DEPARTURE
We will need a meeting point (hotel, restaurant, museum, address, etc.), a pick-up time and the departure time of your flight(s).
We will wait for 20 minutes at the meeting point since the agreed pick-up time.
After that, we will try to contact you asking whether to leave or to wait (if we’ll wait an extra waiting time will be charged).
ARRIVAL
We need the complete information about your arrival flight and the exact location you need to be dropped off (hotel, restaurant, museum, address, etc.)
We will wait for 50 minutes since the official landing time of your flight.
After that we will try to contact you asking whether to leave or to wait (if we’ll wait an extra waiting time will be charged).
With no advice and in case of no answer we will consider it a “no show” service and we will leave the meeting point or airport.
Flight delayed or cancelled: on request we can protect your transfer independent of the real arrival date and time (a protection fee will be charged).
