  Faisal Mosque

  The Shah Faisal Mosque is one of the largest mosques in Pakistan and ranks third in the world, behind the Mecca mosque and the Madinah Mosque. There are three believers in various halls and on the ground. The mosque was named Shah Faisal bin Abdul Aziz, the king of Saudi Arabia because they contributed much to the construction. Built with Turkish architecture, the building features four tall Minars and a Bedouin-shaped hall far from the usual dome. It is located at the foot of the Margalla hills and offers the best views. The Faisal Mosque is a popular site for tourists to visit and meet on the other side of Pakistan.

  Shakarparian Hill

  Shakarparian is a historic spot with lush green gardens and another picnic spot in the capital, Islamabad. It is located near zero points, near the star and crescent monument that Shakarparian began. The historical significance of the area is that its parade venue will host the Pakistan Day Parade on March 23. The area offers stunning views of the twin city, shares its advantages with the rose and jasmine gardens, and the trees maintain a pleasant atmosphere to provide a clean place for the public, picnic and children’s play area.

  Lok Virsa Museum

  Lok Virsa is the best cultural heritage of Pakistan in the Sakarparyian Hills. Shows a wide range of embroidery, jewelry, woodwork, metalwork, block printing, ivory and bone, as well as murals, glass and marble murals; tile, mosaic, and stucco window coverings are also displayed. The museum established the Folk Museum in early 1982. In 2004, it was named the National Museum of Ethnology of Pakistan, commonly known as the Lok Virsa Heritage Museum. The purpose of perseverance is to establish a connection between the ancestral culture and the youth culture, thus receiving education and building a treasure trove for the next generation. It’s a great way to promote culture to foreigners.

  The Centaurus

  Centaurus is the biggest mall in the twin cities. Its best for shopping, food with an aerial view of the majestic city Islamabad.

  Daman-e-Koh

  The magnificent view of Islamabad is located between the hills of Margalla, as its name and Damn e Kooh are clearly visible. It is 2,400 feet above sea level and is one of the most visited places of the year. The cool breeze and panoramic views of the city allow you to linger for a while. This is the midpoint of Pir Sohawa’s visitors. There is a large parking area with telescopes for enthusiastic observers and a restaurant to make your stay even more special. A great picnic place with a good atmosphere.
