The Devil's Throat is a set of waterfalls 80 m high that flow into a narrow gorge, which concentrates the largest flow of Iguazú Falls, these waterfalls being the highest flow in the world. The Devil's Throat is located on the border of the Misiones province, in the Iguazú National Park, Argentina, with the Iguaçu National Park in the state of Paraná, Brazil.
The Iguazú Falls (in Portuguese: Iguaçu Falls), popularly called in Argentina as «Cataratas»; They are a set of waterfalls that are located on the Iguazú River, on the border between the province of Misiones and the Brazilian state of Paraná. They are fully inserted in protected areas; Argentina's sector is within the Iguazú National Park, while Brazil's is in the Iguaçu National Park. They were chosen as one of the "Seven Natural Wonders of the World". They are made up of 275 jumps, 80% of them are located on the Argentine side. A separate show is its leap with the highest flow and, with 80 m, also the highest: the Devil's Throat, which can be enjoyed in all its majesty from just 50 m, touring the walkways that start from Puerto Canoas, which it is reached using the ecological train service. The border between the two countries passes through this jump. The Iguazú National Park encompasses an area of subtropical forest in the Misiones province of Argentina, on the border with Brazil. Within the park, on the Iguazú River, the famous Iguazú Falls have several separate waterfalls, including the iconic Devil's Throat. The surrounding park has diverse wildlife, including coatis, jaguars, and toucans, as well as trails and viewing platforms.
After descending 100 meters you will arrive at the dock where you can board the boats with which you will go up 6 km the canyon of the Lower Iguazú river towards the waterfalls area enjoying the mighty rapids, to the base of the Salto Tres Mosqueteros watching the set of Brazilian jumps and Argentines, with the Devil's Throat crowning the canyon view. Subsequently, you will reach the maximum point of emotion when facing the incomparable Salto San Martín, second in terms of size and the largest that a boat can approach. To finish, we will disembark at the dock located in front of San Martín Island from where you can rejoin the gangway system, through the Lower Circuit. The Great Adventure can be done in the opposite direction.
