Paget Lookout and Sherbrooke Lake

This hike travels up through spruce forest to an old fire lookout surrounded by the endangered White Bark Pine. Enjoy views of Mt. Stephen and up the Lake O'Hara Valley during a break at the lookout before the decent to Sherbrooke Lake.

What to expect

Upon meeting complete an orientation and waivers, then set off on the trail. This hike tops out at an old fire lookout, near a stand of white bark pine, with a stop at Sherbrooke Lake on the return. This is a good hike for those who want an invigorating hike and are looking to enjoy the challenge of hiking up hill for 1.5 hours.
