Our tours depart from Market 27, just 4 minutes by Metro M52 from Amsterdam Central Station. Take Metro M52 (North-South Line) towards Noord, exit at Noord station. Use exit “Termini” (bus exit), turn right, and walk straight to Market 27.
The UNESCO reclaimed land above Amsterdam is called the Beemster Polder, this is where we drive through to our first tulip field It is part of the Defense Line of Amsterdam (Stelling van Amsterdam), a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Beemster Polder, reclaimed from a lake in the early 17th century, showcases a perfect example of Dutch ingenuity in water management.
