After private pick-up directly under your cruise ship at Livorno Port or from your accommodation, you will travel through the beautiful Tuscan countryside on a private and exclusive tour to your first stop: San Gimignano. Explore the medieval charm of San Gimignano, the famous “Town of Fine Towers.” Enjoy approximately 1 hour of free time to stroll through its picturesque streets, admire the iconic medieval towers, and fully enjoy the atmosphere at your own pace. Taste the renowned Vernaccia di San Gimignano white wine and indulge in the award-winning gelato at Gelateria Dondoli, a two-time world champion, located in the main square. Take memorable photos, browse local artisan shops, and experience the authentic magic of one of Tuscany’s most iconic medieval towns.

After lunch, visit the medieval fortress of Monteriggioni, built by the Sienese between 1214 and 1219 as a defensive stronghold against Florence. Enjoy free time to walk along the ancient walls, take photos, and soak in the unique medieval atmosphere surrounded by the Tuscan countryside.

End your Tuscan experience with a visit to Poggio ai Laghi, a well-known Chianti Classico winery, where you will enjoy a guided tasting of 6–7 wines, including Chianti Classico and Super Tuscan, led by an expert sommelier. After the tasting, we will return you to the Livorno Cruise Terminal or to your preferred location, concluding your full-day private Tuscan tour.
