Sample semillon, chardonnay, verdelho, shiraz and cabernet, along with a range of other varietals. You can also opt to visit a gin and vodka distillery showcasing botanical infusions, or drop into a craft brewery pouring local lagers and ales.

Optional stop to see Australian animals such as koalas, kangaroos, wallabies a Tassie devil, wombat, dingoes and emus. Meet a park ranger and enjoy an encounter with a koala. Cost is $45AUD per person payable to guide on the day.
