This is a 7-day safari to Lewa and Maasai Mara. It is a great safari for families and honeymooners as Lewa is less visited by tourists and Olare Orok Conservancy is also less crowded. The camps; Lewa Safari Camp and Olare Mara Kempinski camp are excellent for safaris. The two places are connected by flights and game drives are in camps’ open-sided Land Cruisers. The safari starts and ends in Nairobi and available throughout the year.

You will be picked from your Nairobi hotel or residence or airport assuming you arrive in the morning. Our driver will transfer you to Wilson Airport for your flight to Lewa. Upon landing at Lewa, the camp’s driver will meet you and drive you to the camp with an introductory game drive. Afternoon game drive is at 4 p.m.

Spend these two days with either full-day game drives with packed lunch or ideally a morning game drive then another one later in the afternoon. Activities you will engage in apart from game drives include bush walks, sun downer and bush picnics. Lewa is an excellent location for all the Big Five and several other wildlife. It is a good location for photographers and wild lovers.

4Maasai Mara National Reserve
Have breakfast then a transfer to the airstrip for a flight to Mara. Once you land in Mara, the camp’s driver will receive you and transfer you to the camp with a short game drive en route. Later have lunch and afternoon game drive at 4 p.m. The camp is located in Mara North Conservancy which has a high concentration of wildlife and less crowded.

5Maasai Mara National Reserve
Spend these two days with either a full-day game drives or ideally a morning and afternoon game drives. Maasai Mara is also home to all the Big Five and other wild animals as well as a variety of birds. Apart from game drives other activities you will or can engage in include bush picnics, guided nature walk, Maasai village visit and balloon ride.

6Maasai Mara National Reserve

Have one last morning game drive before breakfast. After breakfast be transferred to the airstrip for a flight to Nairobi. Upon arrival, you will head to Carnivore Restaurant for lunch or directly to your hotel or airport.
