Take the best rafting at Wupai River in Ziyuan county, where the 2017 Rafting World Cup was hosted. Take photos of the sunrise at Li River, also trek the fabulous Longsheng Rice Terraces and enjoy leisure time at Yangshuo. This is what a vacation means to many locals in South China.

Your tour leader is local people, born and raised in the countryside of Guilin, understand local history and culture, well known for wealth of knowledge and passion for work.

    Day 1 Guilin

    Guilin

    Pickup from Guilin North Railway Station or your hotel in Guilin. Coach transfer to Ziyuan county. Ziyuan county is about 120km from Guilin Liangjiang International Airport (KWL).

    Day 2 Rafting on Wupai River

    Round trips coach transfers between the hotel and the rafting competition place.  - Down river course - Sprint course - Slalom course World Rafting Cup 2017 was hosted on Wupai River, in the city of Ziyuan. The competition was held from 16 to 21 August. In summer, the water level of the small river is high, the wave might be dangerous. Watch out and sarety is the first priority.

    Day 3 Ziyuan - Hebaoshan Village

    Guilin

    Climb up the 818-m Eight Angle Mountain in the early morning.  Eight Angle Mountain is formed from a reddish sandstone which has been eroded over time into a series of mountains surrounded by curvaceous cliffs and many unusual rock formations.  After lunch. you'll be transferred to Hebao Village, where you will stay overnight in a hostel operated by local villager.

    Day 4 Hebaoshan Village - Yangshuo

    Xianggong Mountain

    Hebaoshan Village is located at the foot of Xianggong Mountain. Climb up to the top of Xianggong Mountain in the early morning to shoot of the panoramic view of  Li River. Sunrise on the Li River is well known for its breathtaking mountain scenery. You might get the chance to see fisherman catching fish with their cormorants, water buffalo grazing on grass, and ducks swimming in their group across the river. Leaving Li River, you will be transferred to  Yangshuo where you are free to wander for the rest of the day.

    Day 5  Yangshuo - Longsheng

    In the afternoon, you will take hotel shuttle bus from Yangshuo to  Longsheng Rice Terraces. Please pay attention that the bus meeting point is at Bilianfeng parking lot on Pantao Road, which you will need to get there by yourself before 1PM. Once you arrive you will check in to Hotel Quanjinglou

    Day 6 Longsheng - Guilin

    Today you will have a full day exploring Longsheng Rice Terraces. Start your morning with a 3-hour hiking tour escorted by hotel staff. Walk through large areas of rice terraces and two villages, Dazhai village and Tiantou village for sunrise photos.  It takes two hours to get to the bus terminal from your hotel. There will be no escort service by the hotel staff when you go to the bus terminal. Please leave enough time for walking and photography. The hotel shuttle bus will take you to Guilin.
