If the hotel bellboy can not find a taxi for you in time, the stress of waiting for a taxi is unacceptable in weekend and public holidays. Please wait in the hotel lobby 3 hours prior of your flight departure time. Your driver will find you by eye contact, or read your name from his pickup list. The hotel pickup is 24 hours available.

A: This pickup price is for hotels in downtown area of Shanghai only. Downtown Shanghai includes 8 districts of Huangpu, Jingan, Xuhui, Changning, Yangpu, Hongkou, Putuo, Pudong. Other districts are named as Outskirts Shanghai. Hotels in Outskirts Shanghai will cost additional charge. Please check if your hotel is located in downtown Shanghai before you make a booking. If your hotel is located in outskirts Shanghai, the local travel agent will advise in 24 hours for the additional cost and ask you to pay in cash to your driver (Plan A). Your approval of this additional charge is required. If you do not agree to pay the additional cost, the booking will be cancelled and you will receive refund (Plan B).
