It is ideal for swimming and some snorkeling. Between the two beaches the Cetacean Foundation sometimes place a net to form a cove where the turtles are placed, previously cured, before being released. A few meters from the shore there is a rock called Sasso del Bo’.

The beach is made of pebbles and stones and takes its name from the two large rocks that watch over the beach called “Le Due Sorelle” (The Two Sisters). From the north they look like two sisters with hands joined in prayer. The water is transparent, crystal, clear and the unspoilt environment.

Wide and deep beach to the north of the Bay of Portonovo close to a lush emerald green vegetation. Completely wild, without equipped facilities. It is characterized by fine gravel with sandy and sloping seabed. After Mezzavalle, we'll stop for a bath at Scoglio del Trave, a rocky tongue that stretches into the sea for a kilometer inside the waters of the Adriatic Sea. For its first part this rock emerges in the sea surface and forms a natural barrier, very dangerous for less experienced vessels that get too close to the coast. Here, we'll also offer a small aperitive tasting a local excellent sparkling wine.
