    The Parish Church of the Annunciation of Our Lord, often known as the Annunciation Church, is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Maltese village of Tarxien. Bishop Tomás Gargallo founded it on May 29, 1592. The church was constructed on the site of three separate chapels. It was documented that the building was still ongoing in 1621 and that the architecture was completed in 1627. The church then received substantial structural and architectural renovations in the 18th century, particularly to its front. The church was dedicated on May 8, 1782.
