Unlike a standard walking or car tour, this private cycle rickshaw experience lets you explore Riga’s historic centre with less walking while still getting close to the city’s main sights.
The rickshaw can travel through narrow streets and pedestrian-friendly areas that regular cars cannot easily access, making it especially convenient in Riga’s cobblestone Old Town.
It is a great option for travelers who prefer a relaxed sightseeing pace, have limited mobility, want to avoid long walks, or simply want to see more of Riga in less time.
Choose from shorter Old Town routes or longer experiences that can also include the Daugava riverfront, Central Market and Art Nouveau district.
With a private driver-host, flexible photo stops and the possibility to adjust the route whenever conditions allow, the experience is personal, comfortable and easy to adapt to your interests.

Meeting and pickup
Please wait at the main entrance of your hotel or accommodation in central Riga. In pedestrian-only areas of the Old Town, pickup may take place at the nearest accessible street. Your driver will contact you if necessary.
What to expect
Each rickshaw seats up to 2 guests. For larger groups, we can operate up to 6 rickshaws together, accommodating up to 12 people at the same starting time, subject to availability.
Your driver-host will take you through Riga’s Old Town, passing highlights such as the Freedom Monument, Līvu Square, Cat House, Swedish Gate, Three Brothers, Dome Square, Town Hall Square and St. Peter’s Church.
Choose from four options: Old Town Express – 30 Min, Riga Explorer – 1 Hour, Riga Grand Tour – 2 Hours, or Riga Complete & Balsam – 3H.
Longer options add the Daugava riverfront, Central Market, Art Nouveau district and central parks. The 3-hour option also includes a tasting of three Riga Black Balsam varieties with two chocolate truffles.
Ideal for couples, families and groups who prefer a relaxed pace, less walking, or simply want to see more of Riga in less time.
