This 5 Days Big Five Safari Tour in Kenya means you will experience the local culture first hand, as well as coming into interaction with all types of African wildlife. Traveling to Kenya combining the two most unique wildlife parks of Maasai Mara and Lake Nakuru within 5 days is fascinating. You get to traverse the Great African Rift Valley. Lake Nakuru National Park is home to a colossal number of lesser flamingos also home to other wildlife species too for example it is a black and white rhino sanctuary. Lake Nakuru is Kenya’s finest ornithological sight and ranked among the best in the world. Maasai Mara National Reserve boasts for protecting various wild animals among them the cheetah, lion, and other animals including wildebeests that migrate from and to Masai Mara from Tanzania. 1Maasai Mara National Reserve
Pick up from your hotel and depart for the Masai Mara Game Reserve. You will travel via the view-point of the Great Rift Valley and Narok town for lunch and refueling. After lunch, leave Narok and drive to the reserve. Arriving at the camp, check in and relax for a few minutes. Proceed for an afternoon game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver / guide. Dinner and overnight at the camp

2Maasai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game in Kenya as it has an extensive road and track network which allows for close range viewing and photography. Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool, looking out for hippos and crocodile. Continue with game drive till 5 p.m. for a visit to the Maasai village which is optional. Dinner and overnight at the camp.

3Lake Nakuru National Park
You will have an early morning pre-breakfast game drive. After breakfast, depart the Mara region for Nakuru, lunch en route, with scenic views of Mt. Longmont, Lake Naivasha, and Lake Elementaita from afar on the main highway. You will arrive in Nakuru town in the evening. Dinner and overnight are at a budget hotel.

4Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, you will proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its prolific birdlife including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like Cape Buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline. Enjoy a hot lunch and drive to Lake Naivasha, you have an option to take a boat ride in this freshwater lake to go and see hippos and fish eagles at extra cost. Dinner and overnight at a budget hotel.

5Hell's Gate National Park
After breakfast, go on a nature walk in Hell’s Gate National Park. You may hire bicycles to cycle in this only. There are over 100 species of birds in the park, including vultures, Verreaux's Eagles, Augur Buzzard, and Swifts. African Buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Thomson's gazelle, and baboons are also common. The park is also home to Klipspringer Antelope and Chanler's Mountain Reedbuck. Enjoy hot or picnic lunches and later drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. Drop back to Nairobi hotel.
