Our driver will meet you directly at your hotel lobby or designated pickup point.
Pickup time is flexible based on your preference and will be reconfirmed one day prior to travel via WhatsApp or email.
For accommodations outside Hoi An city center (such as beach resorts in Cua Dai, An Bang, or surrounding rural areas), an additional surcharge may apply. We will inform you in advance if any extra fees are required.
If your hotel is located in a pedestrian-only area, we will arrange the nearest accessible pickup point and notify you in advance.
