    Around 10:30 AM, we will arrive in Hue Imperial City, where you will meet your knowledgeable local guide to begin the Hue City Tour from Da Nang. Your journey starts with a scenic dragon boat ride along the Perfume River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda, the oldest pagoda in central Vietnam, built in 1601. This sacred site is steeped in history and legends, and your guide will share fascinating stories and myths about its spiritual significance.

    After visiting Thien Mu Pagoda, we will continue our journey by private car to explore the Imperial Citadel, Royal City, and Forbidden City—the heart of Hue’s history and former political center of the Nguyen Dynasty (1802–1945). Your guide will share fascinating insights into the royal lives of emperors, concubines, and eunuchs as you explore this vast complex, which is divided into three main sections: The Citadel – The outer protective fortress. The Royal City – The administrative and working area for the emperor, civil servants, and military officials. The Forbidden City – The emperor’s private quarters, reserved for him, his concubines, and eunuchs.
