You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

For domestic flights, the vehicle will be available 20 minutes after landing. For international flights, 45 minutes later. A waiting tolerance of 20 minutes is included. After that time, an additional fee may apply, subject to availability.
The receptionist at the destination will contact the passenger 24 hours before arrival to send chauffeur contact and coordinate meeting. On the day of arrival the driver contacts the passenger once the flight has landed to coordinate the encounter.
If your flight changes or you travel with a wheelchair, inform me urgently by WhatsApp.
Flight changes or delays must be reported up to 6 hours prior to arrival. There may be extra charges and the service is subject to availability.

Transfer from Airport – Meeting with the Driver
The driver will wait for you outside, at the exit of the airport’s only gate, in the dock of ascent and descent of passengers.
Domestic flights : the vehicle will be available 20 min after landing.
International flights : available 45 min after landing.
A 20-minute tolerance is included; an additional fee may apply.

Transfer from Hotel – Meeting with the Driver
The driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby (on arrival ask for the reservation holder), or outside the property informed by WhatsApp 24 hours before the service.
The tolerance is up to 10 minutes from the arrival of the vehicle at the property.

For private car service it is up to 1 bag of 23 kg and 1 carry-on bag per passenger.

For Utilitaria private service it is up to 1 Bag of 23 Kg and 1 Handbag per passenger.

What to expect

1. Confirmation of booking

Once the transfer booking has been made:

The passenger receives confirmation of service with details of the transfer.

You must verify that the information is correct:

Name of holder

Date of service

Flight number (if applicable)

Hotel or airport

Number of passengers

2. Pre-service contact (24 hours before)

Approximately 24 hours prior to service, the destination reception team communicates with the passenger to:

Confirm the transfer details.

Send the name and contact of the driver.

Coordinate the exact meeting point.

Remember the service conditions (baggage, waiting times, etc.).

If the passenger has any special situation (for example wheelchair or additional luggage) you should inform them at this time.

3. Day of service – Airport transfers
Flight arrival

When the plane lands:

Domestic flights : the vehicle will be available 20 minutes after landing.

International flights: the vehicle will be available 45 minutes after landing.

This enables the passenger to:

disembark,

removing luggage,

pass migrations (if applicable).

Driver contact

Once the flight has landed:

The driver communicates with the passenger by WhatsApp or phone.

The meeting is coordinated at the indicated point.

Meeting point

The driver shall expect:

Outside the airport,

in the dock of ascent and descent of passengers,

at the exit of the airport's only gate.

Waiting time

The service includes:

20 minutes standby tolerance once the vehicle is available.

If the passenger is delayed beyond that time:

An additional charge may apply, subject to vehicle availability.

4. Transfers from hotel or other establishment

If the transfer is from hotel to airport or other point :

The driver arrives at the property.

Wait for the passenger at:

Hotel lobby, asking for the reservation holder, or

outside the property if previously agreed.

The driver can contact WhatsApp to confirm their arrival.

Waiting tolerance

The waiting time is up to 10 minutes from the arrival of the vehicle.

5. Baggage conditions

Private car service

Per passenger is allowed:

Additional baggage may require another type of vehicle or extra charges.

6. During the transfer

Once all passengers are in the vehicle:

The driver starts the transfer to the contracted destination.

The trip takes place directly and safely to the hotel, airport or other indicated point.

7. Completion of service

The service ends when:

The vehicle arrives at the destination.

Passengers get out of the vehicle.

Luggage is removed from the trunk.

The transfer is then terminated.

8. Flight changes or modifications
