Before service, the team will contact you 24 hours before your arrival to send you the driver’s contact and coordinate the meeting point. Upon landing, the driver can contact you to facilitate the encounter.
This door-to-door service is ideal to start or end your trip in Iguazu in a comfortable way, avoiding unnecessary waits and ensuring clear coordination from the very beginning.
For domestic flights, the vehicle will be available 20 minutes after landing. For international flights, 45 minutes later. A waiting tolerance of 20 minutes is included. After that time, an additional fee may apply, subject to availability.
The receptionist at the destination will contact the passenger 24 hours before arrival to send chauffeur contact and coordinate meeting. On the day of arrival the driver contacts the passenger once the flight has landed to coordinate the encounter.
If your flight changes or you travel with a wheelchair, inform me urgently by WhatsApp.
Flight changes or delays must be reported up to 6 hours prior to arrival. There may be extra charges and the service is subject to availability.
Transfer from Airport – Meeting with the Driver
The driver will wait for you outside, at the exit of the airport’s only gate, in the dock of ascent and descent of passengers.
Domestic flights : the vehicle will be available 20 min after landing.
International flights : available 45 min after landing.
A 20-minute tolerance is included; an additional fee may apply.
Transfer from Hotel – Meeting with the Driver
The driver will wait for you in the hotel lobby (on arrival ask for the reservation holder), or outside the property informed by WhatsApp 24 hours before the service.
The tolerance is up to 10 minutes from the arrival of the vehicle at the property.
For private car service it is up to 1 bag of 23 kg and 1 carry-on bag per passenger.
For Utilitaria private service it is up to 1 Bag of 23 Kg and 1 Handbag per passenger.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
