Xenses is a half-day park with fantastic activities and settings that will stimulate your senses to the fullest. More than 15 activities to discover different ecosystems with your senses and live new adventures in scenarios that take you by land, air and water: Go through different ecosystems in the Xensatorio, Cross a fun Path of Dwarfs and Giants, Walk through caverns in a Labyrinth of Underground Arteries, Discover a space full of nature in El Edén, Walk through a Xitric Garden.
Take an original walk through the Town, Let yourself go down a slide that will refresh you, Live the zip line that will make you feel like a bird, Have fun in a river of salt in which you will not be able to immerse yourself, Enjoy as a child the river of mud that will cover you from head to toe, Refresh yourself in the waterfall of rain, Also, be amazed with visual games and optical illusions that will challenge your senses at all times.

Meeting and pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and Airbnb’s or any location that we can't reach: Cancún Meeting Point: Marina Puerto Cancún (mall) Puerto Morelos Meeting Point: Hacienda Morelos Playa Del Carmen: Plaza Antigua or Plaza Las Perlas (contact customer care for support) Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or Airbnb, the meeting point will be outside the Hotel Aloft Tulum. The pickup time is set according to your location and start at 7:00 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.

- We need the ID Screenshoot of the cardholder. Cardholder must to be the lead traveller name and is mandatory that person assist in the park, if we do not have everything we need we can not provide your official boarding pass
- We are not responsibles if you forgot your personal belogings in the bus or park, make sure you do not forget any item when you get off the bus
- If you reserve even if it is early or late, this reservation is subject to availability, you will be notified as soon as you reserve if we still have spaces, this tour is in high demand and most of the time our capacity is full
- To enter the park alone, it is essential to be over 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
- Xenses is approximately a five-hour experience.
- Visitors with disabilities should always be accompanied by a family member or friend that can assist them at all times.
- An official ID must be presented at the Park’s ticket booths. In case this isn’t possible, the child’s rate will apply to those who measure between 3 and 4.5 ft.
- Slip and Bird Flight activities include water areas with a depth between 3.6 and 5.6 ft. It is recommended that for these activities, children under 4.2 ft, as well as adults and children who don't know how to swim, don’t participate. Both activities are done individually.
- The Bird Flight activity is recommended for children starting from five years old, with a minimum weight of 66 lbs (30 kg); the maximum weight allowed is 299 lbs (136 kg).
- It is not possible to make date changes the same day of your visit.
- If you reserve even if it is early or late, this reservation is subject to availability, you will be notified as soon as you reserve if we still have spaces, this tour is in high demand and most of the time our capacity is full
- Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.
- Some activities are not recommended for persons with heart problems, fear of heights, claustrophobia, those who get dizzy easily, with recent surgeries, back pain, who weigh more than 300 lbs, or pregnant women.
- Activities including Xensatorium, Slid, Bird Flight, Riverlaxing, Sludgerie, Rain, and Xauna are not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with epilepsy.
- Travelers will be excluded from the activities due to a medical condition such as a body cast. If they want to go, they can pay their entrance fee (same price) and can stay in the rest area.
