Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Smart Cancún by Oasis in Tulum Avenue

Tulum: Super Aki Tulum (in Tulum area we do not provide pickups at hotels or airbnb´s, only at Super Aki Tulum)
The pickup time is set according to your location, pick up start at 07:00 am and depending on the location the pickup time will be set, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
This tour can last more than 12 hours due to traffic and pick-up logistics, since it is a shared tour of around 50 people and depending on your location, the time can be extended.
The taxes for ruins preservation will be required on board.

Based on these conditions, the experience will include a visit to either Cenote Nool Há or Cenote Chichikán, but not both. - We would like to remind you that the tour you have chosen lasts more than 12 hours. Since the destination, Chichen Itzá, is located in the state of Yucatán, the road trip can be long. We recommend being prepared for an extended journey, with comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and enough water. - The bus has 1 bathroom, you are only allowed to use number 1, you cannot use number 2 because the bathroom has ventilation connections to the entire bus and if you use number 2 the entire bus would smell bad, stops will be made at the places visited where you can use the bathroom
- Hotel changes are not allowed after 6 pm because we can not modify our logistic The tour and the spots to visit can vary according the guide logistic, also in its duration, up to 14 hours or more according to the transfers from one place to another, and this is according to the traffic, keep in mind that you will be traveling all day
