1Las Coloradas
Visit Las Coloradas, a unique coastal destination in Yucatán known for its striking pink-colored salt lakes. Explore the famous salt flats and learn about the salt production process that has taken place in the region for generations. As you explore the area, discover the natural environment surrounding the salt lakes and look for local wildlife, including flamingos and other bird species. The color of the lakes creates a distinctive landscape and offers excellent opportunities for photography, especially under the bright Mexican sun. The experience combines Las Coloradas’ pink lakes, salt flats, local wildlife, and the natural landscapes of the Yucatán coast in one day.

2Rio Lagartos
Take a walk through the Río Lagartos Biosphere Reserve and explore its natural surroundings. Along the way, you may see flamingos, different bird species, and mangroves while enjoying time along the banks of the Río Lagartos. You’ll also have the opportunity to experience a traditional sand exfoliation bath, using the natural sand from the area. Afterward, visit a nearby beach in Río Lagartos to wash off and enjoy some time by the water. Finally, head to the town of Río Lagartos to enjoy a local meal, with your choice of chicken or fish.
