Day 1
Nairobi – Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park
Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your Nairobi hotel, residence or airport, followed by a scenic drive south towards Amboseli National Park, famous for its magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro and its large elephant herds. Upon arrival, proceed to Amboseli Sopa Lodge for check-in and lunch, followed by some time to relax and enjoy the lodge's surroundings. In the late afternoon, set out for your first game drive through Amboseli's open plains, wetlands and acacia landscapes. Keep your camera ready for elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, hippos and, with some luck, lions and cheetahs. As the sun begins to set behind Kilimanjaro, return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Full-Day Amboseli National Park Safari

Rise early for a spectacular morning game drive when the animals are most active and the light is perfect for photography. On clear mornings, Mount Kilimanjaro provides a dramatic backdrop as you explore the park in search of Amboseli's famous elephant families and other wildlife. After the morning adventure, return to the lodge for breakfast and some leisure time. You may relax around the lodge or enjoy the beautiful views before lunch. In the afternoon, head back into the park for another game drive, exploring different areas in search of predators and plains game. The day ends with a beautiful African sunset before returning to Amboseli Sopa Lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3
Amboseli – Lake Naivasha | Boat Safari & Crescent Island

Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, check out and depart Amboseli for Lake Naivasha, travelling through Nairobi and into the spectacular Great Rift Valley. Enjoy the changing scenery as the landscape transforms from the dry Amboseli plains into the lush surroundings of Naivasha. Arrive at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort in time for lunch and check-in. In the afternoon, enjoy a relaxing boat safari on the lake, where you can look out for hippos, African fish eagles and numerous waterbird species. Depending on the package selected, continue to Crescent Island for a guided walking experience among giraffes, zebras, wildebeest and antelopes in a predator-free environment. Return to the resort in the evening for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Day 4
Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park
Enjoy breakfast before departing Naivasha for Lake Nakuru National Park, one of Kenya's most important wildlife and rhino conservation areas. You may make an optional stop at Hell's Gate National Park for activities such as cycling or a nature walk, depending on time and package arrangements. Continue to Lake Nakuru, entering the park for a game drive en route to your lodge. Look out for black and white rhinos, Rothschild's giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, waterbucks and, with luck, lions or leopards. Arrive at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge for lunch and some relaxation before heading out for an afternoon game drive. Explore the lake's surroundings and woodland areas as the afternoon light creates excellent wildlife-viewing and photography opportunities. Return to the lodge before sunset for dinner and overnight.

Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve
After an early breakfast, check out and enjoy a final morning game drive as you leave Lake Nakuru National Park. Continue through the scenic Great Rift Valley and Kenya's countryside towards the legendary Maasai Mara National Reserve. The journey offers beautiful views of rolling landscapes, farmland and traditional Maasai country. Arrive at Masai Mara Sopa Lodge around lunchtime for check-in and lunch. After some time to relax, head out for your first afternoon game drive in the Mara. Explore the open savannah in search of lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, wildebeest, giraffes, cheetahs and other wildlife. During the Great Migration season, the Mara also becomes one of the world's most spectacular wildlife-viewing destinations, although sightings of crossings are naturally dependent on wildlife movements. Return to the lodge after sunset for dinner and overnight.

Full-Day Maasai Mara Safari

Masai Mara National Reserve
Today is dedicated entirely to exploring the magnificent Maasai Mara National Reserve. After an early breakfast, depart with a picnic lunch for a full-day game drive across the Mara's rolling grasslands. Spend the day tracking some of Kenya's most iconic wildlife, including lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras and wildebeest. Your experienced safari guide will choose the best areas to explore according to recent wildlife activity and conditions. You may travel towards the Mara River, an important habitat for hippos and crocodiles, and a famous area for seasonal wildebeest crossings during the migration. Enjoy your picnic lunch in the wilderness before continuing your afternoon wildlife adventure. Later, return to Masai Mara Sopa Lodge to relax, enjoy dinner and spend your final night surrounded by the atmosphere of the African bush.

Maasai Mara – Nairobi | Safari & Departure

Wake up early for a final pre-breakfast game drive, offering one last opportunity to see predators and other wildlife while the morning temperatures are cool and animals are active. Return to the lodge for breakfast, check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi. The drive takes you through the Great Rift Valley and scenic Kenyan countryside. Depending on your onward plans, you can be dropped off at your Nairobi hotel, residence or Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your departure flight. The safari concludes with unforgettable memories of Kenya's elephants in Amboseli, the tranquil waters of Naivasha, the rhino-rich landscapes of Nakuru and the spectacular wildlife of the Maasai Mara.
