    Depart early from Nairobi around 6:00 AM and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a brief stop at a viewpoint. Continue to Lake Bogoria, arriving late morning. Explore the lakeshore where you can see large flocks of flamingos (depending on the season), along with other birdlife. Walk near the geothermal hot springs and geysers, which are a major highlight of the area. After lunch, drive to Lake Nakuru for dinner and overnight stay at your lodge or hotel.

    After an early breakfast, head into Lake Nakuru National Park for a morning game drive.
