    Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve

    You will be picked up from your hotel or designated meeting point in Nairobi early in the morning (around 7:00 AM) and begin your journey to the famous Masai Mara National Reserve. The scenic drive takes approximately 5–6 hours, with a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for photos and refreshments. Upon arrival in the Mara in the early afternoon, you will check in to your tented camp or lodge and enjoy a hot lunch. After a short rest, you’ll embark on your first afternoon game drive from around 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. This is your chance to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife as the sun begins to set over the savannah. Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

    Masai Mara National Reserve Full Day

    After an early breakfast, you'll head out for a full-day game drive in the reserve with a packed picnic lunch. This day is dedicated to exploring the Masai Mara in-depth, especially near the Mara River where, during migration season (July–October), you may witness the breathtaking wildebeest river crossings. Expect to encounter the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and rhino—along with numerous other species like cheetahs, hyenas, zebras, and antelope. You’ll enjoy lunch at a scenic spot within the park before continuing your adventure through the vast plains. Return to your camp or lodge in the late afternoon for dinner and overnight stay.

    Masai Mara to Nairobi

    Begin your final day with an early morning game drive before breakfast, when animals are most active and the lighting is perfect for photography. After returning to camp for breakfast, you will check out and begin your journey back to Nairobi, with a stop for lunch along the way. Estimated arrival time in Nairobi is late afternoon or early evening, and you will be dropped off at your hotel or preferred location, marking the end of your unforgettable Maasai Mara group safari experience.
