What sets this 5-Day Masai Mara – Lake Nakuru – Sweetwaters safari apart is the diversity of ecosystems and wildlife experiences packed into one seamless journey across Kenya. In the Masai Mara National Reserve, you experience vast open savannahs with high concentrations of big cats and, in season, the Great Migration. At Lake Nakuru National Park, the scenery shifts to an alkaline lake environment famous for rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and seasonal flamingos, offering excellent birdlife and photographic contrasts. The adventure then continues to Ol Pejeta Conservancy (Sweetwaters), a private conservancy renowned for its strong rhino conservation program and the only chimpanzee sanctuary in Kenya, allowing for more exclusive game viewing with fewer crowds. 1Masai Mara National Reserve
Depart from Nairobi in the morning and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley with a brief viewpoint stop. Arrive at your lodge or camp in time for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in the Masai Mara. Expect sightings of lions, elephants, giraffes, buffalo, and possibly cheetahs. Dinner and overnight at your lodge/camp.

2Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, enjoy a full-day game drive with packed lunch. Explore different areas of the reserve, including the Mara River if migration season (July–October). Search for the Big Five and witness the rich wildlife density the Mara is famous for. Return to camp in the evening for dinner and overnight.

3Lake Nakuru
Early breakfast, then depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, arriving in time for lunch. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive around the alkaline lake known for flamingos (seasonal), rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, and tree-climbing lions. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
