Pickup from Nairobi airport / Nairobi hotelProceed via the central highlands of Kenya with views of coffee, tea, sisal, pineapple and subsistence farming activities. Local African homesteads dot the red soiled slopes of this region. View the Mount Kenya with its snow – capped peaks along the safari route. Afternoon game viewing drive the Samburu, Shaba and buffalo springs reserves. Overnight at your Samburu safari lodge or tented camp.

Day 2
Samburu National Reserve

The day shall be spent with game viewing drives / relaxing interludes at the Samburu game reserve. Game viewing drives in this dry and scenic game reserve are concentrated along the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro river. This is where most wildlife is found. Overnight at your Samburu luxury lodge or tented camp.

Day 3
Samburu – Lake Nakuru

Early morning game and scenery viewing drive as you exit the Samburu. There shall be a stop to view the Thompson falls at Nyahururu. Proceed to Lake Nakuru National Park, a birdlife heaven, at the floor of the Great Rift Valley. Birdlife abounds with few flamingos seen together with pelicans and other bird species. The lake is host to the black and white rhino species, warthogs, lions, zebras, giraffe, hippopotamus and many more. Overnight at your Lake Nakuru safari lodge or tented camp.

Lake Nakuru – Masai Mara

An early bird and game viewing drive at the Lake Nakuru National Park Proceed to the Masai Mara Game Reserve. Overnight at your Masai Mara safari lodge or tented camp. Arrive Masai Mara in time for an afternoon game viewing drive.

Full Day Game Drive Masai Mara

Masai Mara National Reserve
Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza! Masai Mara Game Reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural world. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities. We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game. We shall visit the Mara river where we may watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October) Overnight shall be at our Masai Mara safari lodge/ Tented camp

Masai Mara to Nairobi

Early pre-breakfast game viewing drive. Extra final game drive as you exit the Masai Mara. Depart the Masai Mara for Nairobi to arrive in the late afternoon.
