Arrival & Pickup Instructions for Cancun International Airport (CUN)

Welcome to Cancun! To ensure a seamless start to your trip with Around The Clock USA, please follow these specific instructions based on your arrival terminal:

1. Clearing Customs & Exit:
After landing, proceed through Immigration and Baggage Claim. Once you have collected your luggage, pass through Customs.

2. The "Warning Zone":
You will pass through a hallway filled with timeshare representatives and unofficial taxi "lurers" (often called the "Shark Tank"). Please continue walking past them and exit the terminal building completely. Our authorized greeters are not permitted to wait inside the terminal.

3. Meeting Your Driver:
Once outside the building, look for the designated "Pre-booked Transportation" area. Our professional greeter will be holding a sign with the Around The Clock USA logo and your lead passenger's name.

Terminal 2: Exit and head to the right toward the transport platform.

Terminal 3: Exit and walk straight ahead past the "Margaritaville" stand to the passenger pickup area.

Terminal 4: Exit and follow the signs to the "Hotel Transportation" area on the left.

4. 24/7 Support:
As our name implies, we are serving Cancun around the clock! If you have any trouble locating your driver or your flight is delayed, please contact our local dispatch office via the phone number provided in your booking confirmation.
