Preparation and timing: Please complete the check-out process and arrive at the lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled departure time.The driver will be responsible for all loading of your luggage.
Meet the driver: Upon arrival, your Japanese driver will contact your mobile phone (by phone or text). We will pick you up inside the lobby or put your car in front of the entrance.
Urgent contact: If you are unable to meet your driver, please call the emergency contact number on your voucher (in Japanese).

Airport Arrival and Terminal Information: The driver will confirm the departure terminal of your airline (JAL, ANA, ZIPAIR, American Airlines, etc.) in advance and ask you to alight at the entrance closest to the check-in counter.
