- Tickets are very limited. You have to bring your ID and stand in the queue with your driver. If entry to Auschwitz I is not possible, you will visit only the site of Auschwitz II.
- Private transfers to Auschwitz-Birkenau are included, but the museum and memorial tour is in a group of up to 30 people. The guide will meet you on-site.
- The site is not fully accessible. Wheelchairs are available from the Visitor Center but must be reserved in advance.
- We recommend bringing your own snacks or packed lunch, as there is no lunch break and the location is remote.
- Transfers are by standard car for 1–4 people, or by van/minibus for 5+. To travel more comfortably, you can book a 5-person tour for a larger vehicle.
- Optional: Table reservations for lunch in Krakow.
